Is registration required to use tanomail?
Yes, registration is required. (Go to application page)
Please apply using the “Application Form.” Registration usually takes 1-2 business days.
One of our representatives will contact you to confirm your registration details. After confirmation, your order ID will be sent to you by email or fax on the same day or the next business day.
Once you receive your ID, you can access the member-only website. If you request a catalog, it will be delivered in approximately 3 business days.
I can’t log in.
Please verify your Tanomail vendor. If your Tanomail vendor is not us, we are unable to assist you. If Office Maker is your Tanomail vendor, please check the following:
- Clearing your browser’s cookies and cache (Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Mozilla Firefox) may resolve the issue.
- You may be trying to log in with your customer code. Your website login ID is different from your fax order code (a 10-digit number starting with 4).
- If you do not know your registered email address, we can only assist customers registered with us. Please contact Office Maker Customer Support at 0120-996-117 (Business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) or through our inquiry form.
- You may have entered the wrong email address or registered with a different email address.
